Adyanpara is famous for its waterfalls and the splendour of its greeny  jungles. The waterfalls is situated around 15 km from Nilambur.

This cascade is a spectacle of greenish forest . The seemless beauty of Adyanpara comprising the waterfalls surrounding jungles is a rare treat for the visitors.

Adyanpara, the cascading waterfall in the Kurmbalangod village of Nilambur taluk in Kerala, attracts a wide variety of exotic as well as migratory birds regularly and is rich in wildlife. It is a charming and picturesque picnic spot amidst nature’s bounty.

The picturesque waterfalls surrounded by lush green forest all around makes an ideal spot  for a picnic or a holiday.

River Kanjirappuzha  originates from the mountain region which lies between Malappuram and Kozhikode districts. 

The river flows through Chaliyar panchayath in Malappuram district and ultimately joins Chaliyar near Chaliyarmukku where Karimpuzha also meets Chaliyar. The Adyanpara Waterfalls are situated on the river.
